Grand Traverse Industries provides job training, supported employment, and day programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Our services include plastic bag manufacturing, offering meaningful, hands-on work opportunities. We operate from two locations in Traverse City and Mancelona, Michigan, and also serve deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals through our LIS’N Program.

Grand Traverse Industries is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that has provided job training, supported employment, and day programming to people with disabilities since 1974. We also provide interpreter services to the deaf/hearing impaired through our LIS’N Program.

GTI offers smart solutions for your business needs, including dependable staff to fill your open positions. We specialize in small packaging & assembly and also manufacture all types of plastic bags.
