Employment and Training Services Services provided are designed to enhance social and daily living skills, work and productivity skills, attendance, stamina, and communication skills, along with many other skills necessary for community independence.

Community Integration |
| Assist persons with disabilities with daily living and
prevocational skill development.

Organizational Employment Services |
| Employment
Services are broad
based vocational services providing training in basic and
advanced work skills. Training is offered within the context of a variety of work environments, including
GTI
facility based, enclaves, affirmative business, and work crews within private
industry.

Community Employment Services |
|
Community employment is a training format providing a continuum of services in
the community beyond organizational services. Supported employment is
offered on an individual basis within community work sites. |
|
Job Placement |
|
Services are offered to persons who are ready to work independently in the
community. Job seeking skills, vocational counseling, and one on one
training on the job are offered. Job development services are provided
as needed. |

Deaf Services Clearinghouse |
| Services include: Sign Language Interpreting Services,
Advocacy for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Persons, Education-TTY and Sign
Language Communication Training, referral and assistance with personal and

Admission |
| Referrals may be made by parent, guardians, Community Mental Health Case
Managers, Michigan Career Development - Rehabilitation Services Counselors,
School Districts, Private Insurance, Commission for the Blind, Social Service
Agencies, Michigan Works!, hospitals, churches and one's self or family.
